Privacy notice
This notice covers this website and the request form on it. We kept it short because there is not much to say.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, its website, your job title and your message. We also note which page the form was sent from. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address you wrote from.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying with a question, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or arranging a call you agreed to. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Devices Outbound who handle your request, and the service providers who host this site and our correspondence for us. We never sell your details, rent them or trade them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The fonts load from a font service, which receives the basic technical details any web request carries.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Write to dorothy.faulkner@devicesoutbound.co, or use the contact form and say what you need. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
